Established in 2015, G-college is a non-profit organization with a mission to "Provide high-quality educational opportunities for students in Vietnam."
We are looking for a Program Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and improvement of our Hackathon program.
Responsibilities
Program Development: conceptualize, design and develop G-college’s Hackathon Award Program for the upcoming year
Program Management: wok with the Operation Lead to develop operational workflow to ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders, both internally (eg. marketing team, design team) and externally (mentors, universities, and companies)
Team Management: work closely with the Managing Director, leading a team of more than 10 members including core team and supporting team.
Requirements
Have experience in Project management, leadership, and business development
You are comfortable with managing in a team in a 100% digital setting
You are a problem - solver with a hands-on, can-do attitude
You are able to manage tight deadlines, time and priority effectively
You have interest in education / helping Vietnamese students to study overseas
Fluently in English and Vietnamese, another European language is a plus
Preferred based in Poland, France, Vietnam
