About

Talent Engagement responsibilities include taking a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications, helping the organization to share and develop its objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques.
The Talent Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in engaging the people who work for G-college, designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently efficient approaches to the organization's internal communications to enhance members' engagement.

  • Develop effective channels of communication.

  • Improve ways the leadership team communicates, engages, and motivates G-college members.

  • Ensure members' voices are visible and listened to.

  • Design and deliver member engagement strategy.

  • Organize team-building and bonding activities.

Requirements

  • 1-year commitment with the option to extend or rotate.

  • Hunger to learn and to contribute back to society.

  • Genuine interest in working for a non-profit organization in education, coaching, and personal development.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields.

  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure with tight deadlines, collaborate, and communicate effectively with large groups of audiences in a digital setting.

  • Excellent time and priority management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Prefer candidates with prior working experience in building employee engagement or internal communication.
