The Talent Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in engaging the people who work for G-college, designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.
Responsibilities
Deliver consistently efficient approaches to the organization's internal communications to enhance members' engagement.
Develop effective channels of communication.
Improve ways the leadership team communicates, engages, and motivates G-college members.
Ensure members' voices are visible and listened to.
Design and deliver member engagement strategy.
Organize team-building and bonding activities.
Requirements
1-year commitment with the option to extend or rotate.
Hunger to learn and to contribute back to society.
Genuine interest in working for a non-profit organization in education, coaching, and personal development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields.
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a can-do attitude.
Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure with tight deadlines, collaborate, and communicate effectively with large groups of audiences in a digital setting.
Excellent time and priority management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Prefer candidates with prior working experience in building employee engagement or internal communication.
