About

Talent Development Specialist's responsibilities focus on creating, designing, and implementing programs for both performance management and development, employee assessment, and succession planning.
The Talent Development Specialist works closely with the organization’s leaders to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and implement programs for performance management, development, employee assessment, and succession planning.

  • Works closely with the organization’s leaders to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across the entire organization.

  • Organize training programs and measure training effectiveness for G-college members.

  • Identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development.

  • Identify learning needs and employee competencies.

  • Conduct talent assessments for G-college members.

  • Report on key talent development metrics.

  • Design and run the performance management program.

Requirements

  • 1-year commitment with the option to extend or rotate.

  • Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team.

  • Passion for human development and management.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • BSc degree in human resources management, behavioural psychology, and educational psychology or other relevant fields.

  • Working experience as a Talent Development Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
