About

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process as well as the onboarding and offboarding process. You will work mostly with the Leadership Team to fulfill the hiring needs and consult them on workforce planning. In addition, you will own the projects about the onboarding and offboarding process, including design and execute the procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Consult senior managers on hiring needs.

  • Support Human Resources Manager on organization workforce planning

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process.

  • Assist Hiring Managers in identifying hiring needs and determining selection criteria.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (such as social and professional networks).

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and virtual interviews.

  • Organize candidates’ data (such as resumes and contact details) in internal databases.

  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.

  • Report on the hiring metrics (such as time to hire, source of hire, etc.)

  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to onboard new hires.

  • Conduct exit interviews with the leavers.

Requirements

  • 1-year commitment with the option to extend or rotate.

  • Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team.

  • Working experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, Human Resources Specialist, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or other relevant fields.

  • Experienced in using professional social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) is a plus.

  • Working experience in a remote team is a plus.
