Established in 2015, G-college is a non-profit organization with a mission to "Provide high-quality educational opportunities for students in Vietnam." 


We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement with our Hackathon program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to attract participants, sponsors, and partners.

  • Work with the Partnership team to create and implement marketing strategies that highlight sponsor partnerships and maximize exposure for event sponsors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with the overall goals of the event.

  • Manage a team of 3 -4  members (including social media coordinators and graphic designers) to ensure alignment with the overall marketing plan.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.

  • You are comfortable with managing in a team in a 100% digital setting

  • You are a problem - solver with a hands-on, can-do attitude

  • You are able to manage tight deadlines, time and priority effectively

  • You have interest in education / helping Vietnamese students to study overseas

  • Fluently in English and Vietnamese, another European language is a plus

  • Preferred based in Poland, France, Vietnam
