About
As the Head of People, you will lead a team of 3 to 5 members overseeing and managing all people-related matters at G-college, including: recruitments, training and development, member engagement and satisfaction, performance feedback and evaluation. The Head of People reports to and works closely with the Founder/CEO to provide all G-college team members with a professional, meaningful and fulfilling working experience, making G-college one of the best non-profit organizations to be with.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3 to 5 members to build a holistic and comprehensive HR program for G-college, including but not limited to the followings:
Develop and roll out a standardized recruiting process recruitment; arrange workshops and trainings to G-college leaders (team lead levels and above) to ensure high levels of professionalism, fairness and recruitment quality.
Develop a comprehensive competency framework: work closely with each Product Owners and Functional Heads to identify the key skills required for each job roles and levels, thereby creating necessary training and development plans for each team.
Organize training workshops and track profess of members’ development based on performance feedback and evaluation.
Organize fun and creative team-bonding activities at least twice a year.
Find creative ways to recognize and appreciate team members’ hard work and contributions.
Measure members’ satisfaction level and collect feedback quarterly to identify areas for improvements and action plans.
Formalize G-college organizational structure.
Develop and roll out a performance feedback & evaluation framework; conduct briefings & trainings to all G-college leaders (team lead levels and above).
Develop promotion assessment and career advancement plans within G-college, tied closely to the competency framework and training plans mentioned above.
Requirements
At least 18-month commitment with the option to extend or rotate.

Genuine interest in education, coaching and personal development.
2-3 years of relevant working experience (including internships and extracurricular activities), preferably related to human resources.
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Leadership - ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 people effectively in a digital setting.
Teamwork & communication - ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with large groups of audiences in a digital setting.
Excellent time and priority management skills.
