About

The Creative & Graphic Design Manager will lead a team of 03 Graphic Designers. You work closely with the Marketing Strategy team to translate G-college Brand identity into a solid & compelling visual strategy. You drive G-college brand identity & visuals across all 3 business units of G-college. You will create and ensure the Branding Guidelines are implemented and executed consistently across marketing campaigns, events, and communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 03 graphic designers to develop and execute visual concepts for various marketing campaigns.

  • Create a compelling visual strategy for G-college, aligned with its brand identity.

  • Create detailed Branding Guidelines & ensure it is consistently implemented across all marketing campaigns, events, and communication channels of all 3 business units.

  • Foster strong relationships across multiple business units & functional teams within G-college to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

  • Acquire deep market & user insights on current behavioral and design trends & ensure they are well incorporated in G-college's visual strategy & Branding Guidelines.

Requirements

  • Final year in university or currently pursuing a master's degree or having 1-2 years of working experience in graphic design (including internships and extracurricular activities).

  • A graphic design qualification or similar.

  • Portfolio with design projects.

  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer.

  • A keen eye for visual details & aesthetic skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
