Established in 2015, G-college is a non-profit organization with a mission to "Provide high-quality educational opportunities for students in Vietnam."
We are looking for an Event Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing, and executing events that are related to our Hackathon program.
Responsibilities
Assist in the organization and coordination of all hackathon-related events, including online workshops and in-person sessions.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and technical requirements for virtual platforms.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are properly aligned and executed.
Provide on-the-ground support during in-person events and facilitate smooth operations for virtual events.
Assist with event registration, participant engagement, and addressing any issues during the event.
Requirements
You are comfortable with working in a team in a 100% digital setting
You are a quick learner and good in communication
You are able to manage tight deadlines, time and priority effectively
You have interest in education / helping Vietnamese students to study overseas
Fluently in English and Vietnamese, another European language is a plus
Preferred based in Poland, France, Vietnam
